What’s improved:
UI Interaction
- The new UI interaction makes the driver more intuitive, visual, beautiful and powerful. It has a uniform style for both the MAC and Windows versions.
- The position of all the configuration items are more logical, easier to understand.
- Adapts to all new Huion devices that are relaesed after October 2016, the UI may vary slightly according to the devices.
Features
- You’ll be able to import / export user configurations, and also restore them to factory default settings;
- All shortcuts can be set to any optional function;
- Shortcuts can now execute programs and send a character string;
- Added shortcuts for hand gestures;
- Added linear optimization options to improve the linearity of painting software by using the Wintab protocol;
- Added 90°, 180°, and 270°rotating options, which is more convenient for users who works in portrait or left hand mode ;
- No longer needs administrator privileges to operate the driver;
- Canceled the procedure in the registry operation and simplified the program complexity;
- Optimized the installation process, which is more simple and faster;
Framework
- Whole new design and reconstruction with the framework and UI interaction.
- Redesigned the coordinate of mapping algorithm of Graphics Tablet, which is more compatible, simple and efficient;
- New development of cross-platform common library, which packages the equipment data analysis, a variety of general algorithms and common data structure;
- Windows and Mac mantain basic consistency of the module interface with the development of the new driver kernel library: XML parsing, the processiong of shortcut, touch type shortcut, pen buttons, pen datas and pen soft keys;
- Re-packaged the the underlying functional modules of Windows and Mac system.
*Note: The new driver(v13.0 and later) will be compatible with Huion products that are released after October 2016 only.
